Finding large group accommodation in North Wales usually means a big house in the middle of nowhere. Ours is different: three holiday homes in the centre of Llandudno, sleeping up to 16 guests between them. Everyone gets a proper bed and some space of their own, and you can all walk to the beach, the pier and the town's restaurants.
The 3-Bed Garden Apartment and the 2-Bed Apartment share a building on Clifton Road and can be booked together as the 5-Bed House, sleeping 10. Add the 3-Bed Townhouse, less than five minutes' walk away, and there's room for 16.

Our guests book large group stays for milestone birthdays, family reunions, weddings and golf trips. With three separate kitchens and living spaces, families can keep their own routines during the day and come together in the evening. Please note we don't accept stag or hen parties.

Why Llandudno for a group break
Llandudno is North Wales's biggest seaside resort, so there's plenty for a mixed group to do: two beaches, the pier, the Great Orme, the theatre at Venue Cymru and a wide choice of pubs and restaurants that can take a big table. Conwy is around 15 minutes away, and Anglesey and Eryri (Snowdonia) are within an hour for day trips.

How many people can you accommodate?
Up to 16 guests across three holiday homes: the 5-Bed House (sleeps 10) and the 3-Bed Townhouse (sleeps 6).
Are the properties close together?
Yes. The two apartments that make up the 5-Bed House are in the same building, and the 3-Bed Townhouse is less than five minutes' walk away.
How do I book all three homes together?
Get in touch by phone or through our contact page with your dates and group size, and we'll arrange a multi-property booking.
Do you accept stag and hen parties?
No. We welcome families and friends' groups, but we don't accept stag or hen parties.
Is there parking?
There is free on-street parking near all our holiday homes, on a first come, first served basis. Car sharing helps for larger groups.
