It's a brilliant holiday home for extended family breaks, get-togethers and golf trips – everyone has their own space to retreat to, while staying under one roof in the centre of town.
The 3-Bed Garden Apartment is a three-bedroom duplex over the ground and first floors, with the garden, a sitting room with Sky and Netflix, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower, and a separate cloakroom. The 2-Bed Apartment, on the second floor, has a colourful open-plan living room with a Smart TV and Alexa, two bedrooms including a cosy attic room up a spiral staircase, and a grey-tiled shower room with a large walk-in shower.

The 3-Bed Garden Apartment has two double bedrooms and a bunk bedroom, all on the first floor. The 2-Bed Apartment has a double bedroom on the second floor and a double attic bedroom reached by a spiral staircase, with a 5ft 8in ceiling.
Is it one house or two apartments?
It is two self-contained apartments in the same building at 8 Clifton Road, booked together so your group has the whole building. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom.
Is there parking?
There is free on-street parking nearby, on a first come, first served basis.

About 5 minutes' walk to the town centre cafés and shops, 10 minutes to North Shore, the pier and the prom, and 15 minutes to West Shore.
