A beautiful two-bedroom apartment in the very centre of Llandudno, ideal for couples, small families or friends looking for a stylish, well-equipped base with everything on the doorstep.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need: oven, hob, fridge freezer, espresso machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus complimentary tea and coffee to start your day. The bright living space is perfect for relaxed evenings in, with a Smart TV, Netflix, Alexa and a selection of board games.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is a charming attic room, accessed via a spiral staircase and tucked snugly under the eaves with its own double bed. Guests regularly tell us it’s their favourite part of the flat!
Please note the attic ceiling height is 5ft 8″, worth bearing in mind for taller guests.
The bathroom features floor-to-ceiling tiles and a generous walk-in shower with overhead and handheld fittings.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Llandudno, the town centre’s cafés, restaurants and shops are just 5 minutes on foot. North Shore Beach is a 10-minute walk, and the quieter, sand-duned West Shore Beach is 15 minutes in the other direction, we’re genuinely between two beaches. Free on-street parking is available nearby.
Travelling with a bigger group? Apartment 2 sits in the same building as Apartment 1, and the two can be booked together to sleep up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. Add our Central Townhouse and you can accommodate up to 16 guests across all three properties. Get in touch to arrange.
“Myself and my mum have just got back from a lovely seven day stay at Sarah’s apartment. we absolutely loved our stay, everything was as described.. location was perfect, close to all shops, restaurants and of course the sea front. On arrival we were welcomed with some Welsh cakes which was a lovely gesture, apartment was spotless. I loved the attic room, the bed was super comfy and cozy.
